What is Lion Shop & Share?

Lion Shop & Share is an easy and convenient way to raise money for local not-for-profit organizations. Each time you shop at Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to the local not-for-profit organization. Food Lion knows it is important to be involved in the local communities in which it serves, and Lion Shop & Share is their way of helping you help your genealogical community grow.

As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, NCGS is eligible to participate in this fund raising program.

Need Help Registering Your Card?

Go to the website: http://www.foodlion.com/IntheCommunity/ShopAndShare/ and select Register MVP Cards





















Choose Select Organization to open an organization search window:










Enter NC for the State and Raleigh for the City.
Use the drop down box to select North Carolina Genealogical Society then click OK












Click the Add MVP Cards button










Fill in the form and follow the on screen instructions.
