Recent changes to the way we manage our email list may have affected the information we have about whether or not you want to receive email from NCGS.
We updated our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy to make sure we comply with the most recent recommendations for protecting the data of our subscribers. We do not share your data with any third parties. You are free to unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
If you are a current member of NCGS and you unsubscribe from email, you will no longer receive information related to your member benefits, such as information about the latest NCGS Journal (for digital memberships), the NCGS News, notice of the annual meeting, and other updates.
So that you continue to receive email from us, please take a few minutes to make sure your account settings are correct and your email subscription is active:
- Sign in to your account with your username and password.
(Your username should be your email address. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Lost Your Password?” option on the Sign In screen to create a new one.)
- Choose “My Account” from the menu at the top of the website home page.
- Under “Sign up for our mailing list . . .” make sure the information in the First Name, Last Name and Email address boxes is all correct, or make changes as necessary.
- Check the box for “I consent to allowing NCGS to add this data to their MailChimp mailing list.”
- Click on the box that says, “Sign me up.”
- If your subscription is active, you will not have to do anything else. If your subscription was inactive, it will notify you to check your email to confirm that you want to subscribe.
In case the email we send you is diverted to your junk mail or spam folder, we have provided instructions on our website that will help you add the NCGS email address to your Safe Sender list.
