NCGS 2026 Fall Conference – Vendors / Ads

ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

VENDOR TABLES

Due to limited space, you must have received approval from NCGS to reserve vendor tables.  Business / non-profit vendors are limited to two tables in the main vendor room.  Local NC societies may receive one table for free in the Special Track lecture room.  Please note that an organization may bring two people for their table(s) with one vendor ticket, and not more than two.

Vendor registration entitles one person to one in-person conference registration at no cost. If you have a second person working with you, taking turns listening to lectures is allowed. (Workshop attendance requires purchasing a conference ticket, plus a workshop ticket, on our event ticketing page.)

ADVERTISING

NCGS provides several options for advertising.

• A full or half page ad in the printed syllabus given to all in person attendees and provided as a PDF to all attendees.  These will automatically be included in the slideshow (see below) for no extra charge.
• A slide in a slide show presented to virtual attendees during the four 30 minute breaks and the two 90 minute lunches.
• Single page flyers inserted in the tote bags given to in person attendees.

PRINTED FLYERS

All in person attendees will receive tote bag which will be preloaded with flyers and other materials.  We can have them printed for you for a fee, or you can mail them to us for no charge.  All materials must be received by September 14 !

Please contact us if you are planning to mail materials so we can provide the mailing address and will know to expect them.
