NCGS presents free live webinars throughout the year. Genealogists will find that many families came through North Carolina – some stayed, others moved on, and a few returned. The information provided in these webinars will be useful to all researchers of southern states and their peoples. The recordings of these webinars are made available to the public for three days of free viewing. After the free viewing period, all recorded webinars are available to NCGS members. Non-members can purchase webinars on CD from the NCGS Bookstore. Learn more about our webinars.
NCGS holds workshops in various locations throughout the state featuring knowledgeable, nationally-recognized speakers. The Fall Workshop is held in conjunction with the Society’s Annual Meeting. Workshops in the spring and summer are co-sponsored with NCGS member societies. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your society is interested in co-sponsoring a workshop.
