About 11:30 am ET on Friday, Aug 4th, our server at the hosting company went down, and the hosting company was contacted.
Early on Aug 8th the server was brought back online. We do not know at this time what the problem was, but it was evidently critical.
Aside from general use of the website, this was unfortunately when we had a weekend webinar scheduled.
The free-play weekend webinar we had scheduled for this past weekend (Aug 4-6) has been rescheduled for the coming weekend, 11-13 Aug 2023.
For all who registered for the webinar this past weekend, use the same link you received via email. There is no need to register again.
For any who did not register last weekend, you are certainly welcome to register for the upcoming weekend webinar.
As far as we know at this point (it just came back), the website is functioning correctly. If you have the site open already in a browser still showing the Internal Server Error screen, you should be able to just refresh the page. If that doesn’t work, close that browser tab and open a new one. As a last resort, you may have to clear your browser cache.
