Supplements to the NCGS Journal are made available for the express personal use of members and cannot be shared with non-members or stored in an information storage and retrieval system for the purpose of sharing with non-members without express written permission from the Society. For select themed issues, content above and beyond what could be included in the North Carolina Genealogical Society
(NCGS) Journal was created. This extra content is now being shared with NCGS Members via the Members-only platform.
If an article in an edition of the Journal specifically mentions that there is supplementary content, that is the material found here. Each document reflects unique supplementary material.
The material is saved as a PDF file. Each document will also refer back to the specific article in the identified journal issue. Each document only includes supplementary material for a single article creating a one-to-one correlation between article and supplementary content.
Beginning with Volume 46 (2020), Supplements do provide a name index.
Although no indexing is provided for the supplements from 2019, the PDFs are searchable after being downloaded to your computer.
