You are invited to attend the NCGS Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony which will be held at the McKimmon Conference and Training Center, 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, North Carolina on 27 October 2018 at 12:45 p.m. in conjunction with the NCGS Fall Conference.
During the Awards Ceremony, NCGS will present awards for worthy individual and society endeavors in publishing, web presence, contributions to North Carolina genealogy, and contributions to NCGS by a member. For more information about the award program, see the Awards page.
The Nominating Committee will present the following nominees for election to the NCGS Board of Directors: Ginger Smith for Secretary, Teresa Bordeaux for Treasurer, Jennifer Crowder Daugherty for director, and Tim Pinnick and Jennifer Crowder Daugherty for Nominating Committee members. One additional director position has yet to be filled. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
The Board of Directors will present bylaws changes requiring the agreement of two-thirds of the members voting at the meeting to be adopted. Members of NCGS can review the proposed bylaws changes below. You must be signed in to your member account to view the document.
