MAIN CONFERENCE – LONG VERSION
North Carolina Genealogical Society Fall Conference October 24 – 25

The North Carolina Genealogical Society’s annual two day conference will be Friday October 24 – Saturday October 25 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh, NC or streamed online everywhere. The conference will have 15 lectures in person on two tracks, ALL livestreamed, and ALL recorded for viewing afterwards, plus 3 bonus recordings – you won’t miss a thing! For in person attendees only, there will be 4 hands-on workshops. The cost for all this is only $89 ($79 for NCGS members) ! Lunches are $10 extra each, and hands-on workshops vary from $20 to $35 each.
The featured speaker is J. Mark Lowe, FUGA, long-time professional genealogist, author, and lecturer who specializes in original records and manuscripts throughout the South. Mark will be joined by 14 other genealogy experts: Gay H. Baynes, Michele Doyle, Kate Penney Howard, Steve Little, Ayo Heinegg Magwood, David M. McCorkle, Margaret M. McMahon, Ph.D, Cheri Hudson Passey, Diane L. Richard, Elizabeth A. Saunders, Jon Smith, Larry W. Thomas, Pam Vestal, and Ari Wilkins, FTxSGS.
