For in-person presentations, I require a projector that can be connected to my HP laptop or an in-house computer/projector setup that runs PowerPoint and can accept a USB thumb drive, and for virtual lecturing, a Zoom/GoToMeeting/other online connection.

  • Jessica Conklin is an Apex, North Carolina-based genealogist. She founded her business, Cherry Tree Genealogy, to provide professional genealogical research, lecturing, and coaching services. Jessica earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning, as well as a certificate in Genealogical Research from the Boston University Center for Professional Education, and pulls from her experience as a former teacher combined with over twenty years of family history research to plan engaging presentations for audiences across the United States.
